My Volkswagen / My VW

The UK My Volkswagen iOS and Android apps are being withdrawn and a ‘myVolkswagen’ owners area of the website to replace them will be launched very soon. This will become the foremost destination for logged-in users with new functions such as sat-nav updates and links to our UK-specific tools are introduced. Importantly, it will also be a location where ID.3 drivers can go so they have access to We Connect ID functions on the website.

We Connect Go (Formerly VW Connect)
The VW Connect / We Connect Go app is available for most Volkswagen cars dating back to 2008. A dataplug is  connected to your car which sends vehicle data to your smartplug via Bluetooth. You can then view data in the app such as your recent journeys, fuel level, journey costs, parking position & time parked there, warning lights and service due. There are also some fun driving challenges to help you improve your fuel economy.
